Kratom Bazaar Return Policy

Our Warranty

At Kratom Bazaar, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every order comes with a 30-day FREE replacement warranty from the date of purchase. If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t match the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email info@kratom-bazaar.com with photos or videos clearly showing the issue, including any damage to capsules, bottles, or packaging.

If the wrong item was shipped, we may require the return of that item. In cases involving defective products, we may also request a return—this is handled case by case. Once the item is received and inspected, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

⚠️Note: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, or abuse of the product.

Returns & Refunds

Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period cannot be honored.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference or individual taste dissatisfaction.

To qualify for a return and refund:

  1. The product must be in original condition and packaging.
  2. Opened products may still be eligible if at least 95% of the content remains (for Kratom Bazaar–branded items only).
  3. Products from third-party brands require RMA (Return Authorization) approval, which is granted on a case-by-case basis.

To request a return:

  1. Email info@kratom-bazaar.com with a detailed reason for return, and include images or a video of the item.
  2. Upon approval, you'll receive an RMA number and the return address for the nearest warehouse.
  3. Use a trackable shipping method. Kratom Bazaar is not responsible for lost or untracked packages.
  4. If the return is due to a product defect, we’ll cover the shipping cost. If not, return shipping will be at your expense and deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is processed.

Partial Refunds May Apply (if applicable):

  • Items not in original condition, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by Kratom Bazaar
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Opened or used items that do not meet the 95% threshold

Non-Returnable Items

Certain product types cannot be returned, including:

  1. Opened intimate or sanitary items
  2. Hazardous materials
  3. Flammable liquids or gases

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account. If it’s been more than five business days:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your card issuer—some providers take longer to post refunds.
  3. If you still don’t see your refund, email us at info@kratom-bazaar.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped. If you cancel an unshipped order, a 20% cancellation fee applies to cover restocking and processing fees.

Invalid Return Reasons

  1. “I changed my mind” — Please be certain before you place an order.
  2. “I found it cheaper elsewhere” — All orders are a binding purchase agreement once placed.
